Low Poly of a Cartoon sheep made with 3D Studio Max 8
In Max version :

the model is rigged ( pelvis,head,legs,arms,hands,spine,head,foot,mouth).
the mesh fur is rigged too.
Textures are hand made and large enough for close view (4000 x 4000).
No special render engine needed, just unzip and render.
two scenes comes with standard materials and Mental Ray materials (+ light and complete scene) as the main
presentation picture.
The model is finely skined, the mesh is clean, mainly Quad , and very easy to anime, and perfect for game.
some mophing targets are added for facial expression (Angry, eyes half closed, lips up, tongue out etc..)
Fur are made with "hair and fur" modifier included into standard tools of 3D Studio Max, BUT a mesh version of fur is included too in mental ray scene.
The model is also RIGGED for FBX and Unity files.
exchanges formats: : obj, 3ds, Fbx, Stl are NOT rigged They are UVW mapped with the same textures than the native file.
Exchange formats are mainly quad .
the mesh fur in icluded into .obj archive.
eyes ball and teeth and mesh fur are separate objects
