City Residential Block 3D Model

CITY RESIDENTIAL BLOCK This is our latest residential block design with a podium for retail and shopping. Prepared for dusk render with HDR lighting, VRay lights and IES'. The general environment is also modelled as low poly. All trees are prepared in SpeedTree, converted to VRay Mesh Proxies. Proxies are also included in zip files. The model is prepared in 3DS MAX 2016. The Model is rendered in VRay 3.20. Cameras are included. Lights are included. The model is prepared in real World scale (cm). All model parts, textures and materials are named properly. Texture paths are stripped. All the necessary elements are UVW Unwrapped. Ready to render.
