Delta IV Heavy (Delta 9250H) 3D Model

Delta IV Heavy Rocket (Delta 9250H) The Delta IV Heavy (Delta 9250H) is similar to the Medium+ (5,2), except that it uses two additional CBCs instead of using GEMs. These are strap-on boosters which are separated earlier in the flight than the center CBC. The Delta IV Heavy also features a stretched 5-meter composite payload fairing. An aluminum trisector (3 part) fairing derived from the Titan IV fairing is also available. This was first used on the DSP-23 flight. Modeling Information This is a high quality model with most of the exterior components and details present. The fuselage of the rocket and common booster cores are separate pieces that can be modified and textured, rearranged, or deleted. All modeling dimensions were built in scale. This model has been presubdivided for maximum rendering quality. RS-68 Motors The models of these motors are moderate detail, minus the various sensors and tubing to support the sensors, valves, or screws. Mapping and Baked Textures This rocket includes five 4k baked textures at 4096 x 4096 under global illumination in V-Ray that are intended to be applied to: CBC (Central Booster Core) CBC Left Engines Upper Stage Mounting Assembly Each of the textures should be applied to the meshes with the same name as the textures. Please, do not change the UV's, or the baked textures will no longer function as intended. Environment Lighting An HDRI map is provided to light the scene, as seen in the gallery.
