Plesiosaur Modelled and animated by Torsten Schneyer, Anders und Seim Neue Medien AG. This is a realistic and detailed model of one of the creepiest and greatest creatures ever lived in earths oceans, the Plesiosaur. In fact it"s the biggest kind of Plesiosaurs, also called "Elasmosaur". Model: This great dinasaur-mesh comes in two levels of detail: a high resolution version (28016 triangles) and a low resolution version for realtime projects (3390 triangles). Textures: The HiRes-textures are made of real elefant-, whale- and reptile skin shots and some photoshop painting. Animation: The plesiosaur is fully rigged and equipped with 51 bones to garant usability for any important animations.
