This is pollen particle visible only throw microscope, The size of a particle is approximately 120 microns or 0.12mm so to be able to visualize it, a made it on a scale of 1000:1.

.DAE, .FBX, .OBJ .3DS are not native formats so it is possible that your program doesn't show textures (such as blender) you will need to apply textures or you can contact Technical Support
Exchange files are a bit lower poly just in case you need them, here are stats. The same model is used with Subdivision 0 for all Max, Maya, Unity, Unreal scenes
