If you want the grass to be denser , change "Max hair" property from Vray fur to a larger number.
If you want the grass to be shorter, change the "Length" value
HDRI image is not provided because of its size. You can download any free HDRI image if you want and use it in your scene. Just replace the map from VrayLight.
This scene was made using Vray NEXT and 3ds Max 2020.
