Low poly asset specifically designed for real-time games where performance is a big focus. (140 Triangles)
Before looking any further, it is worth noting that the model is meant to be placed directly onto walls(& ground) therefor has no backside or bottom faces!

Model is a single object and uses a single UV map.
Units are based on the Metric-system, scaled to real-world.
Pivoted to the center of the model where the bottom would meet the ground & back against the wall. Allowing for easy placement.
Normal map was baked from Hi-Poly model onto triangulized Lo-Poly.
