Low poly asset specifically designed for real-time games where performance is a big focus. (140 Triangles)
Before looking any further, it is worth noting that the model is meant to be placed directly onto walls(& ground) therefor has no backside or bottom faces!

Model is a single object and uses a single UV map.
Units are based on the Metric-system, scaled to real-world.
Pivoted to the center of the model where the bottom would meet the ground & back against the wall. Allowing for easy placement.
Normal map was baked from Hi-Poly model onto triangulized Lo-Poly.

The UnityPackage contains a custom made Metallic map which has the Roughness map stored in its Alpha channel.
The Source Engine materials works slightly different than PBR workflow, so most maps have been custom made for that also.
