Complex model of building with simple interior walls and details like shutters in windows.
- 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials,
- 3ds Max – V-Ray version with V-Ray materials,
Exported formats has no bugs, Uv works correctly.
These models were made to avoid n-gons (no n-gons in model at all) and keep polycount as low as possible:

Mesh is clear, well done and optimized. Mostly quads - 93%
Materials, textures, objects are clearly named in English.
NO MULTI/SUB-OBJECT MATERIALS!
Nobody likes objects with many different materials assigned. This produce disorder in 'Material Editor' with a lot of needless, scattered 'multi materials'.
There is no mess with textures and materials here.
Only singe materials were use (one exception - ivy material), morover each object have only one material assigned.
No 'Multi/Sub-Object materials' = no mess in 'Material Editor'.
